Do you handle night flights?

Yes. Most rides happen between 4 AM and 7 AM (early departures) and after 10 PM (arrivals from southern Europe). No night surcharge.

How do I book a transfer?

What's the price?

Depends on route and number of passengers. Quote appears instantly in the home-page form. Full price list for popular routes is in our pricing page. Price is fixed — does not change in traffic or at night.

Where do we meet the driver at the airport?

The driver waits in the Arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. We send the driver's phone number by SMS 30 min before your scheduled landing. If your flight is late, the driver waits — no surcharge.

Do you have child seats?

Yes. Infant seats (0–9 kg), child seats (9–18 kg) and booster seats (15–36 kg). Mark the need in the form or mention it on the call — fitted before pickup, +30 PLN per seat.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, as standard. Provide your VAT ID and company details at booking — the invoice is sent by e-mail within 7 days at the latest, usually the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash (PLN/EUR), card in the car (Visa/Mastercard), BLIK, or bank transfer for corporate clients.

What if my flight is cancelled?

No problem. Call us as soon as you know — we'll move or cancel the booking for free (if cancelled at least 4 hours before pickup).

Do you have cars for larger groups?

Yes. Premium-class VAN (up to 7 passengers + luggage) and a 9-seat minibus. For groups above 9 — call us, we'll organize 2 cars or a bigger minibus.
