Do you speak English?
Yes. Phone, email, WhatsApp and all our drivers communicate in English. We also have a full English version of the site at /en/. We regularly serve guests from the UK, USA, Germany, Scandinavia and the Netherlands.
Can I order a child seat?
Yes. A child seat is available on request - just tick the box in the booking form or message us on WhatsApp. We have infant carriers, toddler seats and booster seats. Cost: 30 PLN extra.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice on request - provide your company name and VAT ID (NIP) at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (PLN, EUR), card (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Payment in the car or in advance after pro-forma invoice.
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
The driver waits in the arrivals hall (Terminal T2) holding a sign with your name. You will receive the driver's mobile number by SMS approximately 60 minutes before landing. Meeting point: just after baggage reclaim.
Do you also handle business clients and crew transfers?
